Practice meridian balancing for self care using your own hands as you incorporate breathwork and stretching to touch acupoints associated with various ailments, chakras, the 5 elements, and organ meridians to stimulate self healing, spiritual growth, and transformative wellness.

Dominique Fontaine will guide you through opening with a meditation, provide a sequence of acupoints on the body, facilitate chakra balancing, and close with a grounding process. 

In addition to being a registered nurse with a clinical specialty in neuropsychiatric trauma intensive care, Dominique is double board certified in holistic nursing and health and wellness nurse coaching through the American Holistic Nurses Credentialing Corporation with professional certification as a clinical acupressure practitioner through Soul Lightening Institute.

Dominique is passionate about facilitating optimal healing environments, honoring self care needs, and enhancing quality of life.

Consider bringing water, a journal/pen, and (OPTIONAL) conscious consumption kava or cannabis (CBD/THC-329 card holders) to enhance your meridian balancing experience prior or after class.
