In addition to being a registered nurse with a clinical specialty in neuropsychiatric trauma intensive care, Dominique is double board certified in holistic nursing and health and wellness nurse coaching through the American Holistic Nurses Credentialing Corporation with professional certification in brain heath meditation and coaching through Amen Clinics.

Brian is a multi-instrumentalist and instrument maker with deep performance experience along the full mood spectrum of the human condition… such as celebrative dance, multicultural worship (including traditional religions as well as abstract spirituality), soul lamentation & liberation, and including the most subtle meditative forms. 

Dominique and Brian both are passionate about facilitating optimal healing environments, organic music, and enhancing quality of life.

Consider bringing water, a journal/pen, and (OPTIONAL) conscious consumption kava or cannabis (CBD/THC-329 card holders) to enhance your meditation experience prior or after class.

Other items to consider: Pillow, eye mask/eye pillow, blanket, mat if lying down, beach chair if sitting, towel, and nourishment.
